🎯 Requirements

- Strong P&L understanding and profitability analysis; compensation knowledge (preferred).
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with ERP/planning systems (ideally SAP Analytics Cloud) and HRIS (UKG Pro).
- Ability to use ML/scripting/AI; strong communication and collaboration.
