🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Associate degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years Workforce Management in intraday/scheduling for a contact center.
  • Experience with WFM Tools (NICE/IEX, Aspect, Verint, Assembled).
  • Solid understanding of KPIs (service level, AHT, occupancy).
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ideal candidate: data analysis, forecasting, and stakeholder communication.
