Workforce Management Planner

📋 Description

• Build and optimise capacity plans across sites, translating demand into staffing needs.
• Partner with Product, Ops, Finance and Recruiting to ensure plans meet SLAs and reflect changes.
• Create and maintain performance reports, tracking forecast accuracy, SLAs, occupancy, and costs.
• Run scenario modelling to improve forecast accuracy (MAPE) and efficiency.
• Co-own budget planning and cost tracking; provide insights on variances vs. plan.
• Drive operating model improvements via data, automation and SQL analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in forecasting, capacity planning, and scenario modelling in a Workforce Management environment.
• Strong analytical skills; turn data into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel; ability to run SQL queries (Python is a plus).
• Comfortable working independently in ambiguous environments and driving improvements.
• Proven ability to identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication in a global, multi-site setup.
