  • Strong skills in WFM tools like NICE, Verint, Aspect, Calabrio, or Assembled
  • Proficiency in Excel for schedule planning and data analysis
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, international mindset
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • You are located in Hungary
