📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage WEM tasks with project managers and stakeholders.
• Assist risk management, quality control, and documentation.
• Facilitate timelines and resource management across projects.
• Collaborate to assign trainer or consulting resources.
• Identify opportunities for a story-driven approach in consulting.
• Maintain internal systems including Monday.com and process docs.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year experience in process design.
• Strong writing, presenting and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and explain concepts at a high level.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
