- Experience with Verint Interactions and DPA.
- DPA integration with WFM and reporting.
- Hands-on training across Verint DPA and Interactions.
- Exposure to PM, AQM, Speech Analytics, Text Analytics, Quality Management.
- SaaS, Networking, CRM, WFM, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, IVR/VRU knowledge.
- 5+ years Verint WEM implementation; 3+ years in PS/DPA consulting.
- 3+ years building application triggers across environments.
