- Architect workflow solutions spanning multiple platforms and tools.
- Creative problem solver who pushes beyond native capabilities.
- Salesforce Admin Certificate required; Advanced cert a plus; Zendesk cert a plus.
- Experience with integration platforms Make, Zapier, Workato or similar preferred.
