Workflow Solutions Specialist

📋 Description

• Bridge business vision and technical reality by owning Zendesk and Salesforce.
• Design end-to-end workflows across Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack, and internal APIs.
• Implement native and custom solutions via APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Operations, and Executives to move toward a single source of truth.
• Own architecture beyond native features, ensuring scalable, maintainable systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years administering Zendesk with automations, triggers, apps, and integrations.
• 2+ years of Salesforce administration.
• 7+ years total in business systems administration.
• Strong API and integration experience; read docs, test endpoints, build automations.
• Architect workflow solutions spanning multiple platforms and tools.
• Creative problem solver who pushes beyond native capabilities.
• Salesforce Admin Certificate required; Advanced cert a plus; Zendesk cert a plus.
• Experience with integration platforms Make, Zapier, Workato or similar preferred.
