🎯 Requirements
- Operational leadership experience.
- Experience building and scaling operational programs.
- Experience with labeling, workflow operations, QA, alert triage, queue management, escalation handling, or operational decision-making.
- Cross-functional collaboration across Ops, Product, Engineering, Detection, AI, Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions Architecture.
- Ability to engage with executive customers and both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to create a culture of continuous improvement and operational rigor.
