📋 Description

• Learn organization operations via training, hands-on learning, and site visits.
• Maintain accurate claim notes, records, and reports.
• Understand policies and state workers' compensation laws.
• Serve as SME for Employee Claims processes.
• Support the team and provide backup as needed.
• Provide customer service for routine claims; escalate to TPA.

🎯 Requirements

• Four year college degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of workers’ compensation claims handling experience.
• Proficiency in handling litigated workers’ compensation claims.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Read, write, and effectively communicate in English.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
