Workday Test Lead (Testing & Validation)

📋 Description

• Own and drive end-to-end testing for Workday implementations.
• Develop and manage testing plans across SIT, UAT, and payroll testing.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams for test coverage.
• Define and manage test scenarios, scripts, and data needs.
• Lead UAT execution with business user coordination and scheduling.
• Provide tester enablement and guidance.
• Daily triage calls and status tracking.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10+ years in testing, QA, or Workday delivery.
• Hands-on leadership of testing in Workday implementations.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM and Payroll processes.
• Experience with UAT coordination and execution.
• Test planning, script development, and data requirements.
• Defect management and triage.
• Payroll parallel testing experience preferred.
• Cross-functional team and client stakeholder management.
