🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years Workday implementation and support experience
- Proven track record as Solution Architect on full-cycle implementations
- Deep expertise in Workday security, business processes, integrations, and reporting
- Experience integrating Workday with HR platforms (benefits, doc mgmt, learning, ATS)
- Coaching/mentoring experience with technical teams or Project Managers
- Excellent communication skills to present to C-level audiences
