Work on client engagements; may lead small projects
Build and maintain relationships with implementation teams
Keep Engagement Managers and stakeholders updated on status
Mentor junior consultants and/or lead teams
Lead discovery sessions with customer SMEs on various integration areas
Advise customers on adoption of Workday integrations and security best practices

🎯 Requirements

Current Workday Integration Certification + at least one additional cert
Hands-on Workday integrations and post-production support
4+ years HCM/ERP integration with EDI, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML
3+ years integrating with third-party service vendors
Bachelor's Degree in technology or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
