Lead deployment tasks: gather requirements, design, configure, prototype, and test
Support data conversion: help convert legacy data into Workday
Configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party systems
Mentor consultants and share product knowledge
Maintain client satisfaction and referenceability in production

🎯 Requirements

Current Workday Partner HCM Certification plus Talent & Performance
2-4+ years Workday configuration/implementation experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar
Demonstrated project management experience
Functional HR experience
