Ensure successful completion of project deliverables and milestones with client PMs
Manage two or more simultaneous Workday implementations
Demonstrate competency in Workday HCM, Payroll, and/or Financials
Assist in sales by gathering requirements and proposing delivery approach
Mentor other Project Managers and guide teams
Ensure projects are properly planned, staffed, and within budget

🎯 Requirements

Current Workday Partner Certification
3+ years' experience managing Workday HCM/Payroll/Financials implementations
Consulting experience internal or with a consulting firm
Experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft
Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
Willingness to travel +/-30% (remote role with potential travel)
