Expertise in multiple Workday HCM modules (HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Time & Absence)
Lead deployment tasks: gather requirements, design, prototype, test, and transfer knowledge
Assist data conversion with confidential client data to Workday
Configure and test Workday integrations with third-party systems
Mentor new consultants and coach on product knowledge
Maintain client satisfaction and provide timely status updates

🎯 Requirements

Current Workday Partner HCM/Payroll cert plus another HCM module
2-4+ years of WD configuration/implementation experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Previous consulting experience in a consulting/software company
Experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, or similar
Demonstrated project management experience
Functional HR experience
Travel +/-25% depending on project
