🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years as a Workday techno-functional analyst with Core HCM and 2+ domains.
- HCM fundamentals, BP config, advanced reporting, dashboards, EIBs, data management, and security governance.
- Core HCM plus two areas such as Talent/Performance, Reporting or Security.
- Familiarity with Workday AI, intelligent automation, and Workday Agent features.
- Product-minded with drive for continuous improvement and scalable workflows.
- Strong analytical, systems-thinking, and communication; able to present to leadership.
