🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Workday techno-functional analyst or administrator with deep Core HCM config.
- Deep hands-on config in Core HCM and two additional Workday domains.
- Proficiency with HCM Fundamentals, BP Config, Advanced Reporting, Dashboards & Analytics.
- Experience with Calculated Fields, EIBs, Data Management, Workday Hubs, Security Admin & Governance.
- Familiarity with emerging Workday AI capabilities and intelligent automation.
- Product-driven mindset with continuous improvement and scalable, employee-centric solutions.
