- Review and adjust Bonus plans in Advanced Compensation; create new plans as needed.
- Work with Payroll to create, maintain, and distribute Workday reports for internal stakeholders.
- Support post-go-live stabilization: data validation, UAT, and stakeholder training.
- Support upgrades/changes to current HRIS and implementation of new HRIS.
- Input and maintain data integrity in all HR systems; perform data quality checks.
- Respond promptly to inquiries with excellent customer service.
π― Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience with Workday HRIS, including Advanced Compensation and Payroll
- Self-starter with problem-solving aptitude
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
