- Proactively engage with Workday community to diagnose issues and best practices
- Manage Workday release cycles and evaluate new features
🎯 Requirements
- 5-7 years of Workday HCM Business Analyst or similar
- Strong Workday Core HCM experience, esp Time Tracking and Absence
- Workday certification is a plus
- Experience using Peakon, Greenhouse, ServiceNow
- Self-starter, able to manage tasks independently
- Proven ability to manage complex issues across teams
