📋 Description

• Lead global payroll design with third-party providers
• Translate requirements into end-to-end payroll designs
• Configure Workday Payroll components for third-party models
• Define payroll data flows and country considerations
• Partner with integration teams for vendor interfaces
• Collaborate with payroll vendors on data specs
• Support payroll testing cycles and issue triage
• Identify gaps between Workday and vendor requirements
• Advise clients on global payroll operating models
• Provide post-go-live payroll stabilization and integration optimization
• Create global payroll accelerators and templates

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10+ years in global payroll, HCM, or payroll transformation
• Hands-on Workday deployments with third-party payroll providers
• Configuring Workday Payroll components for third-party integrations
• Understanding payroll inputs/outputs and data dependencies
• Multi-country payroll considerations
• Experience with global payroll vendors and integration teams
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management
