Guide projects end-to-end; evaluate systems and manage RFPs.
Improve internal processes; co-develop with Controlling, Finance Ops, Payroll, and Reporting.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align regional and global requirements.
Support, maintain, and administer Workday and other finance apps globally.
Work closely with Finance, HR, Payroll, and Procurement to understand systems.
Collaborate with Finance and Workday Integrations to develop new solutions.

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years in a Workday functional role with reporting skills.
Clear communication for non-technical audiences.
Understand architecture, data models, security, privacy, and downstream impacts.
Hands-on, pragmatic and automation-focused.
Experience with stakeholder management.
Procurement apps: Omnea, Coupa, HighRadius a plus.
