Workday Consultant

📋 Description

• Partner with customers to maximize Workday value via certified integrations.
• Collaborate with sales to set expectations, define scope, and capture requirements.
• Work with internal teams to improve integrations and deliver value.
• Proactively suggest and implement new ways to support customers.
• Design and implement Workday integrations with third-party payroll systems.
• Provide technical payroll integration expertise: mapping, troubleshooting, validation.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years as a Workday Consultant, focusing on Core HCM and third-party payroll integrations.
• Workday Core Connector Tools & Payroll (CCTPP) and Integration Core certified. Prism/Studio/Extend experience a plus.
• Proven experience adapting to new Workday environments and project requirements.
• Strong consulting/project background focused on delivering customer value.
• Experience integrating Workday with third-party payroll systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
