🎯 Requirements
- Current Workday Absence or Time Tracking certification
- 4+ years configuring Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Prior consulting in software/consulting firms
- Experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking domain experience
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to meet timelines and goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Business analysis and requirements gathering
- Quick learner of new technology
- Experience deploying multiple HCM/Payroll projects is a plus
- Travel +/-20%
- Maintain Workday certifications
