📋 Description

  • Provide expertise in Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking
  • Lead deployment: gather requirements, design/configure Workday
  • Demonstrate configurations via prototypes; assist testing
  • Mentor new consultants; share knowledge on product
  • Support data conversion and integrations with external systems
  • Communicate clearly; collaborate on team-based projects
  • Facilitate client adoption of Workday best practices
  • This remote role covers Australia and New Zealand

🎯 Requirements

  • Current Workday Partner Absence and/or Time Tracking Certification
  • 4+ years configuring and implementing PATT solutions
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
  • Functional experience in payroll, absence and/or time tracking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
  • Expected travel +/-20% depending on the project
