Lead discovery, design, configuration, and testing for Workday reporting and Prism Analytics.
Communicate with clients and resolve technical issues.
Train and mentor junior team members.
Manage communications to project and client leadership.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of Workday Reporting & Prism Analytics experience.
Active Workday Partner certification in Prism Analytics.
Team player with collaboration and effective communication.
Quick learner, motivated to understand Workday technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Admin, HR, Accounting, Economics, or CS; MBA is a plus.
High proficiency with MS Excel, ASAP Utilities, MS Office Suite.
Understanding of data modeling concepts with ability to manipulate data using Excel, Tableau, or SQL.
Experience with Data Warehousing, Data Architecture and Data Audits.
