Architect, configure, and test the Workday HCM solution with a focus on Learning.
Lead deployment: gather requirements, design/configure, prototype, test, and transfer knowledge.
Mentor consultants and coach others on product knowledge.
Support data conversion and integrations between Workday and external systems.
Maintain Workday certifications and ensure data translation compatibility.
Provide regular status reports to project managers and highlight risks.

🎯 Requirements

Current Workday Partner HCM Certification plus at least one other HCM solution (Learning).
2-4+ years of Workday configuration and implementation experience.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrated project management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Travel +/-20% depending on project.
