  • 3โ€“6 years of hands-on Workday HCM experience with multiple modules.
  • Proven Workday report writing experience (Advanced Reports, Calculated Fields, Dashboards).
  • Experience supporting Workday configuration changes through full project lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data models (employee lifecycle, compensation, absence policies).
  • Experience in global/multinational organisations with multi-country HR operations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to overlap with EMEA, Americas, and APAC time zones.
