- 3โ6 years of hands-on Workday HCM experience with multiple modules.
- Proven Workday report writing experience (Advanced Reports, Calculated Fields, Dashboards).
- Experience supporting Workday configuration changes through full project lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data models (employee lifecycle, compensation, absence policies).
- Experience in global/multinational organisations with multi-country HR operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours to overlap with EMEA, Americas, and APAC time zones.
