We are looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team in Asia.
This role will work APAC hours and drive hiring in two key areas of our business: Our local recruitment in the Philippines, with a focus an Customer Success and Customer Support and early careers hiring in the Asia region.
Please note: This is an initial 12 month contract, with the goal to convert to full time after 12 months.
You will:
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to design and implement the full cycle recruitment process and bring the best talent onboard.
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
Source candidates through both online (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) and offline (e.g. job fairs and recruitment events) channel.
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
5+ years of experience recruiting commercial talent within the SaaS or PaaS space.
Experience recruiting customer facing positions - including, Customer Success, Customer Support, Sales, Consulting.
Knowledge of ATS (we use Greenhouse)
Strong relationship and consultative skills with candidates, hiring managers and key business partners with the ability to influence, inform and negotiate
Self-starter who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity independently
Strong problem-solving, resourceful and reporting skills
Highly motivated, energetic, positive working attitude and a quick learner
Strong attention to detail with the capability to multitask and prioritize
