About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Tech team, you’ll be matched to one of our core engineering teams — such as backend, frontend, QA, or infrastructure — based on your skills, interests, and learning goals. What you’ll be working on:

• Collaborate with your assigned team (backend/frontend/QA) to build product features, tools, or infrastructure.
• Participate in code reviews, tech discussions, and team agile processes.
• Learn and apply best practices in scalable system design, automated testing, and modern development workflows.
• Contribute to internal projects or product enhancements used by real traders worldwide.

About you:

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Engineering/Management, or related field.
• Solid understanding of programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g. Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn from real-world engineering challenges.
• Bonus points for:
  • Java / Spring Boot experience
  • Personal or school projects demonstrating engineering skills
  • Internship or side project experience in software development.
