We are looking for part-time (min 20h/week) Support Associates to join our Support team in Vilnius!

• Supporting our customers, courier partners and venues via live chat and phone 
• Ensuring that the delivery operations run smoothly
• Developing our support function together with the support team, as well as other teams within Wolt

• You have great communication skills with a personal touch, and a customer-obsessed and team-oriented mindset.
• You are a fast learner, you have no problem with multitasking, and you are ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
• You can work in shifts in the mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays - our support is open seven days a week from 8 AM to 10 PM at our office in A. Goštauto g. 12A, LT-01108, Vilnius
• You are fluent in the Lithuanian language, and you have professional working proficiency in English

The base salary during the probation period is EUR 779. After the probation period, the salary will increase to EUR 925. Probation period - 3 months. Office location: A. Goštauto g. 12A, LT-01108, Vilnius

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications. Please note, that the starting pay may vary if the candidate does not fully meet the expectations as outlined in this job posting. 

The salary below is the monthly salary range for this position.
