The Identity & Account Integrity team protects Wolt against fraud, account sharing, ban evasion, and compliance risks. They run verification processes to keep the platform fair and safe for courier partners, customers, and merchants.As a Global Identity and Account Integrity Specialist, you’ll handle the daily operations of courier re-verification and customer age-verification cases. You’ll review cases flagged by our systems, investigate identity mismatches, and document outcomes to ensure consistency across markets. This is a hands-on operational role where your accuracy and attention to detail directly impact Wolt’s ability to scale securely.

• Running monthly courier partner re-verification cycles using dashboards and trackers.
• Following up on failed or incomplete cases, ensuring they are re-triggered and reviewed.
• Investigating mismatches (face, geo-location, document quality) and logging results in detail.
• Reviewing substitution cases, applying country-specific rules, and documenting findings.
• Recording repeat offenses and unusual cases in specialized trackers.
• Reviewing failed customer age-verification cases flagged by Support via Persona.
• Handling sensitive PII securely and in line with compliance requirements.
• Preparing clear case notes and documentation so that Ops and Trust & Safety can make final decisions.
• Sharing recurring issues and fraud patterns with the team to support process improvements and future automation.

Must-Haves

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, compliance, fraud checks, or other case escalation / review work.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.
• Clear written communication skills for case notes and cross-team updates.
• Strong interest in working with data, with the ability to think logically through patterns, anomalies, and root causes.
• Confident using Google Sheets for tracking and simple analysis.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Nice-to-Haves

• Additional language skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables).
• Background in fraud prevention, risk operations, or customer verification.

This is a hands-on opportunity to play a key role in protecting the integrity of Wolt’s platform. As a Global Identity Specialist, you’ll ensure that courier and customer verification processes run smoothly, spot fraudulent behavior, and help prevent account misuse and ban evasion. You’ll build practical expertise in Trust & Safety operations while developing skills in data analysis and fraud detection. If you’re detail-oriented, curious about patterns, and motivated to solve problems logically, this role offers a chance to have a direct impact on platform safety and integrity at scale.
