Do you have experience in a grocery store? Do you have the ability to inspire a high-quality standard of service? If this sounds like you, then we’d love to chat! 🤩We’re looking for a Shift Lead for our Store Operations (Grocery) team at our Wolt Market in Athens.What you’ll be doing

• Strong collaboration with the Store Manager to achieve daily store KPIs
• Ensuring efficient operations and being the go-to person when the Store Manager isn’t present at the store
• Solving issues in which the team needs help
• Monitoring and managing workload, efficiency, admin duties, and well-being
• Collecting and forwarding feedback
• Proactively participating in developing store operations
• Being able to motivate a team of 20 members

• You have experience in grocery stores/retail, ideally as a Shift Lead
• You are proactive, service-minded and a fast learner and have the ability to multitask
• You are able to work 40 hours per week, flexibly in all shifts from 07:00 to 00:00, during the day, evenings and weekends and national holidays
• Good understanding and use of English language
