What you’ll be doing

As Team Lead for the SMB Sales team, you’ll be responsible for managing and coaching a team of Sales Representatives who acquire new restaurants and retail merchants for Wolt. You’ll set clear goals, develop scalable sales strategies, and ensure smooth collaboration with onboarding and support teams to drive long-term partner success.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
  • Build and lead the Sales team responsible for restaurant and retail acquisition across multiple regions
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and provide structured feedback and coaching
  • Develop and execute scalable sales strategies, including segmentation, pipeline prioritization, and tailored outreach campaigns
  • Identify and contact restaurants that are a great fit for Wolt, while systematically managing the team’s pipeline
  • Support your team in negotiations with partners, ensuring deals are mutually beneficial and profitable
  • Use data-driven insights to steer sales efforts and identify new growth opportunities
  • Foster a positive and motivating team culture that drives collaboration, high performance, and development
  • Lead by example and demonstrate Wolt’s values and behaviors in daily work
Our humble expectations
  • 4-6 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years leading a sales or telesales team.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) is a plus.
  • A track record of leading teams to exceed KPIs and quotas across different regions or markets.
  • Hands-on people leadership: hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance reviews, and supporting growth.
  • Able to design and scale outbound sales, from smart segmentation and pipeline focus to clear outreach playbooks.
  • Strong negotiation skills, and a knack for helping the team close win-win, profitable deals.
  • Confident working with data and sales tools (think CRM and automation), and turning insights into action.
  • Comfortable owning initiatives end to end, making solid, independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • A clear and confident communicator, in English and the local language. You enjoy working closely with onboarding, support, and marketing to set partners up for long-term success.
