- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Interest in retail and digital platforms.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
- Comfortable with multitasking and learning new systems.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English.
