📋 Description

  • Own and grow assigned shopping verticals (1–3) end-to-end.
  • Manage strategic partners as their account manager.
  • Lead onboarding for new retail partners from contract to go-live.
  • Drive catalog optimization, assortment, promotions and initiatives.
  • Ensure high partner ops quality: availability, prep times, catalog, storefront.
  • Provide day-to-day partner support and resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–4 years in account management, customer support, retail ops, or related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Interest in retail and digital platforms.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Comfortable with multitasking and learning new systems.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English.
