We’re on the lookout for a Regional Marketing Planning Manager to help us shape and deliver go-to-market strategies across the Central Region — covering Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Austria, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, and Romania.

You’ll report to the Regional Head of Marketing Planning and work closely with country marketing teams, regional brand partners, and global colleagues. Your mission: keep our plans aligned with business goals, optimize our marketing mix, and make sure every investment drives impact.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll be the operational hub for 11 diverse markets.

Day to day, you will:

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution so plans stay aligned with our regional and company OKRs.
  • Help optimize channel mix and budget, track performance in real time, and recommend smart shifts to maximize ROI.
  • Support forecasting, set clear objectives, and contribute to long-term strategic planning.
  • Monitor KPIs and guide investment decisions — ensuring we move fast and stay efficient.

  • 6+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of cross-functional and multi-country collaboration.
  • A structured, execution-first approach — reliable in forecasting and planning, while keeping multiple projects moving at once.
  • A strategic and data-driven mindset, with experience translating insights into actionable marketing plans.
  • Strong skills in budget consolidation, pacing analysis, and risk management.
  • Demonstrated ownership of regional budgets and marketing-mix optimization, with high attention to detail on numbers, timelines, and deliverables.
