This is a full-time, Hybrid position (4 days at the office, 1 day WFH).

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the full workflow of photo production—from preparation to post-production—ensuring that every image in our platform meets Wolt’s quality standards.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:● Edit and enhance photos to deliver high-quality, visually appealing images for our app.● Coordinate photoshoot days, including scheduling, bookings and all on-site logistics.● Guide photographers during shoots to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.● Oversee the post-production process: selecting images, retouching, and ensuring timely delivery.● Maintain a well-organized image library with proper categorization and tagging.● Stay up to date on industry trends, new editing techniques, and relevant tools to continuously improve processes.

We’re looking for someone who can own this workflow end-to-end and ensure smooth execution across multiple stakeholders.

• Proven hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop for photo editing and retouching.
• Strong understanding of color correction, composition and photo manipulation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple shoots and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, quality-focused approach.
• Clear communicator who can collaborate with photographers, venues and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently while thriving as part of a team.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant editing work.
