We’re looking for an Operations Specialist (Compliance) who loves working with data, thrives in Excel and Looker, and can spot patterns that indicate potential fraud or misuse on the platform. The role sits at the crossroads of business needs, operational efficiency, and risk management – balancing agility with legal safety. 

• Analyze large data sets to identify repeated patterns and potential misuse of the platform. 
• Work daily with Excel and Looker, building reports and insights to guide decision-making. 
• Design and optimize compliance processes, including automation of repetitive tasks. 
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and detect risks faster. 
• Support the management of key compliance areas, that is, a mix of task-based activities and long-term projects:
• Termination Policy 
• Escalation Flow Management 
• Fraud Investigation and Management 
• Insurance Management 
• Road Incident Management 
• Police Report Management 
• Courier Profile Deletions 

• Strong analytical skills and a love for data. 
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort in Looker (or similar BI tools).
• Familiarity with AI tools and ability to integrate them into daily operations. 
• Experience in process design and automation. 
• Ability to connect business needs with compliance requirements, balancing risk with operational goals. 
• A mindset that navigates between legal safety and operational aggressiveness, ensuring smart, scalable solutions.

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications. Please note, that the starting pay may vary if the candidate does not fully meet the expectations as outlined in this job posting. 

The salary below is the monthly salary range for this position.
