What you’ll be doing

As Merchant Support Specialist you’ll play a vital role in supporting our merchant partners throughout their journey with Wolt. You will be the bridge between our operations team and our partners, ensuring smooth collaboration, top-quality service, and continuous development opportunities. 

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
  • Driving growth in existing cities by analyzing venue performance and conducting regular quality and satisfaction checks;
  • Managing restaurant and retail partner relationships post-onboarding to ensure long-term success;
  • Negotiating and closing advertising investment deals with smaller accounts, focusing on revenue growth, product adoption, and customer engagement;
  • Serving as a key communication link between operations teams and merchant partners;
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Account Management teams to plan and execute partner campaigns;
  • Conducting ongoing market analysis to identify opportunities and trends;
  • Contributing to short- and mid-term projects related to new product introductions and process improvements;

  • Fluent in local language and English;
  • Focused on achieving measurable outcomes and supporting business growth;
  • Ability to analyze venue performance and satisfaction metrics;
  • Skilled at acting as a liaison between internal teams (Marketing, Account Management) and external partners;
  • Confident in negotiating advertising and promotional deals;
  • Experience with Excel or Google Sheets;
  • Structured and service-oriented mindset;
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude and motivation to improve processes continuously;
