Interim Store Team Lead

We are looking for an Interim Store Team Lead to bridge the gap between vision and execution. Supporting the Store Manager directly, you will drive the store’s success by building a high-performance team and mastering the mechanics of our layout. You aren’t just following a plan; you are helping design the details and defining what a high-growth Wolt Market looks like on the ground.

• You will be responsible for day-to-day store operations, including staying on top of freshness and inventory management. This means working closely with people responsible for our selection.
• You will be part of developing and improving the way our stores operate. Fast delivery and fluent operations consist of a large field of things; this is one of the key day-to-day operational tasks you’ll be working with.
• You will be leading, growing and motivating a team. Creating an environment where your colleagues can do their best work and have fun while working.
• You will monitor shrink levels and the amount of food that goes to waste.
• You will handle orders and orders of the store.
• You will make sure daily life in the store stays flexible and quickly reflects business needs.

• Be able to carry the duties and responsibilities of the role listed above
• Have a self-starter mindset and willingness to contribute to hands-on activities in an organisation
• Be able to collaborate and proactively communicate clearly, both verbally and in written form in English and Latvian with various stakeholders
• Be able to prioritise Wolt culture and values as the fundamental elements of Wolt growing as a successful business
• Most importantly, be part of the team! As a team, we do common things uncommonly well

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications. Please note, that the starting pay may vary if the candidate does not fully meet the expectations as outlined in this job posting.
