Role background (Fixed-Term Contract)

This is a 9-month fixed-term opportunity within Wolt’s High-Volume Talent Acquisition team in Georgia, created to support high-volume hiring using our already established, AI-driven recruitment model.

As our new High-Volume Talent Acquisition Partner, you will focus on hiring for Support Associate and Grocery Associate roles across multiple markets supported from Georgia. You will operate within an AI-embedded, data-driven hiring process that is already live, contributing to stable delivery, continuous improvement, and an excellent candidate experience.

This role is well suited for someone who enjoys execution at scale, working with modern recruitment tooling, and delivering results in a structured, high-throughput environment.

Why this role matters

Support Associates and Wolt Market Grocery Associates are critical to Wolt’s day-to-day operations, supporting customers, courier partners, venues, and in-store operations across multiple markets. Georgia plays a key role as a delivery hub for high-volume recruitment, making consistent execution and quality hiring essential to business success.

This FTC role supports sustained hiring demand and operational stability while enabling ongoing optimisation of the AI-driven hiring model.

What you’ll be doing
  • Support and lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles supported from Georgia, including attraction, assessment, and offer processes for Support and Grocery Associate positions
  • Operate within an established, AI-embedded hiring process, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution at scale
  • Use recruitment data and reporting to monitor funnel performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and support continuous improvement
  • Deliver a consistent, inclusive, and positive candidate experience across multiple markets
  • Apply best practices to ensure speed, quality, and compliance in high-volume hiring
  • Collaborate closely with your sub-team and the broader Talent Acquisition organization to share insights and improve ways of working
  • Partner with Employer Branding and other talent teams to support ongoing attraction efforts
What we’re looking for
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and motivation to grow within high-volume recruitment
  • Comfort working in structured, process-driven environments with high throughput
  • Previous exposure to recruitment, HR, operations, customer service, or shared service environments is a plus, but not required
  • Passion for candidate experience and a quality-focused mindset
  • Clear and proactive communication skills in English and Georgian, both written and verbal
  • Curiosity for data and willingness to use insights to improve hiring outcomes
