About the Team
Consumer Pricing Analytics focuses on driving efficient top-line growth in a capital-efficient manner. We tackle affordability challenges, measure the effectiveness of incentive programs, and optimize fee and incentive structures through rigorous experimentation. Partnering closely with Product, Finance, and Strategy & Operations, we provide the analytical backbone that guides measurement, strategic bets, and day-to-day decisions.
At Wolt’s scale, marketing and growth decisions involve complex trade-offs and exciting opportunities to influence business outcomes. Our team brings together top talent in Data Science and Analytics Engineering to solve these challenges and shape the future of pricing and incentives at Wolt. As we grow to the next level of maturity, you will help expand our analytical capabilities across different business domains and drive real business impact.
About the RoleWe’re looking for an awesome specialist to join Wolt as a Data Analytics Lead in Finland, Sweden, or Germany. As a Data Analytics Lead at Wolt, you are essential in revolutionizing our pricing and incentive strategies. Positioned at the forefront, this lead will steer pricing operations, develop comprehensive strategies, and ensure alignment with the company's overarching objectives. Acting as a critical partner to senior business and product leaders, this role will drive the Pricing & Incentives domain forward, shaping the future of our initiatives.
Key responsibilities include defining and monitoring key performance indicators to gauge the effectiveness of incentive programs and pricing components. The role offers an exciting opportunity to brainstorm 0-to-1 growth investment opportunities and establish the foundation for our investment efficiency measurements. Additionally, this leader will take on the exciting responsibility of leading and growing a dynamic team of go-getters to achieve tangible business impact.
Success in this role requires exceptional leadership and project management skills, along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams will be crucial in fostering a culture of shared success and innovation.
