Analyses and reporting regarding categories and products performance
List new products; manage supplier/product data; update store-level assortment
Report on performance and contribute to trading strategy
Negotiate with suppliers to hit goals and improve cost structure
Execute campaigns, pricing, and category projects
Collaborate cross-functionally with in-stock, marketing, finance, and retail teams
Automate and improve manual processes to scale operations

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field
2+ years in category management or trade marketing (FMCG preferred)
Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
Commercial mindset balancing growth, profitability, and efficiency
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organization; manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Professional English and Greek language skills
