At Wolt, we’re looking for an Account Manager (Retail) who will play a key role in supporting our retail partners and helping them succeed on our platform. About the role

Wolt is a Finnish technology company best known for delivering meals and groceries, but our ambitions go far beyond that. We’re building a platform that powers the retail experience of the future, enabling customers to order everything from groceries and flowers to pharmacy items and general merchandise—all delivered to their door in minutes.

In Denmark, Wolt has already established a strong retail presence, and we’re continuing to grow. To support this journey, we’re looking for an Account Manager (Retail) to help manage our retail partners. You’ll work closely with colleagues in Denmark and Wolt’s HQ, supporting our mission to make shopping simple, convenient, and fast.

This role focuses on partner support, account coordination, and performance monitoring. You’ll help make sure our partnerships run smoothly and create value for both our partners and Wolt.

What you’ll be doing
  • Partner Support: Build and maintain positive relationships with a portfolio of retail partners.
  • Account Coordination: Assist with the day-to-day management of accounts, ensuring partner needs are met.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and review partner performance, highlight opportunities, and share feedback internally.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and other teams to deliver campaigns and projects.
  • Administration: Keep partner information up to date in our systems and support reporting needs.
  • Problem-Solving: Help troubleshoot partner issues and ensure smooth communication.
Our humble expectations
  • Some experience in account management, customer success, or sales is an advantage, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships.
  • Comfortable working with data in tools like Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus.
  • Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • A team player who enjoys working cross-functionally.
  • Fluency in English and Danish.
  • Retail or FMCG experience is a plus, but not essential.
