Your Day-to-Day

As a Senior Technical Writer, you will play a key role in shaping and leading our documentation efforts. You will be responsible for developing and implementing documentation strategies, mentoring junior writers, and ensuring the highest quality of technical content.

• Develop comprehensive documentation plans and architecture for complex enterprise software.
• Establish and enforce documentation standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior writers, providing guidance and reviewing their work.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to gather technical insights.
• Craft high-level technical content that effectively explains complex AI/ML concepts.
• Champion documentation process improvements and innovation.
• Manage multiple documentation projects across different product areas.

• Experience with documentation strategy and planning.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
• Knowledge of API and SDK documentation best practices.
• Strong understanding of information architecture principles.
• Passion for process improvement and innovation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
• 5+ years of experience writing technical documentation for enterprise software.
• Proven track record leading documentation initiatives.
• Experience documenting PaaS/SaaS platforms and AI/ML technologies.
• Solid understanding of API documentation and developer experience.
• Proficiency with documentation tools and version control systems.
• Excellent project management and mentoring skills.
• (Preferred) Background in computer science or a related field.
