• 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, with a significant portion in a lead or principal role managing complex, high-impact technical projects.
• Banking experience is a must
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale software development or technology projects from conception to launch.
• Agile management
• Fix price project management
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to navigate ambiguity.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Confluence).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
