Must-have Skills

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech-driven or product-oriented environments.

• Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

• Working knowledge of SQL and Python for data querying and analysis.

• Proven ability to write and manage user stories, define functional requirements, and develop use cases.

• Excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.

• Strong analytical thinking, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering business value.

• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)

• Advanced English level – excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interact effectively with global stakeholders

Nice-to-have:

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
