Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality features and UI components using React.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested frontend code.

• Collaborate with the Lead Frontend Engineer, backend engineers, and designers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Participate in code reviews, advocating for frontend best practices.

• Contribute across the full frontend lifecycle: technical design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Must-have Skills

• Expert ReactJS knowledge, including hooks and new React 18 features.

• Strong understanding of semantic HTML, accessibility standards, and modern frontend architecture.

• Expertise in CSS, including scalable CSS systems and vanilla CSS.

• Proficiency with modern tooling: Webpack, Babel, NPM.

• Strong version control experience using Git and GitHub.

• Experience with CSS-in-JS libraries.

• Experience building and maintaining component libraries/design systems.

• Familiarity with Storybook for component documentation and UI development.

• Understanding or experience with microfrontend architectures.

Nice-to-have:

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
