Key Responsibilities
  • Copyedit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, accuracy, consistency, tone, and regulatory compliance.

  • Review, update, and refine materials to ensure accurate display across multiple formats and channels.

  • Monitor compliance language updates and ensure proper application across editorial materials.

  • Verify facts, data points, and financial statistics to guarantee accuracy and error-free content.

  • Recommend strategic edits based on audience understanding and communication goals.

  • Apply updates from editorial style guides (AP, Chicago) and internal brand standards to maintain consistency in voice, tone, and formatting.

  • Support and contribute to the growth and evolution of editorial roles within Wizeline.


Must-have Skills
  • 4+ years of professional copyediting experience in fast-paced or regulated environments.

  • Strong working knowledge of financial and investment concepts.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with mastery of grammar, syntax, and editorial clarity.

  • Proficiency in applying style guidelines (AP Style, Chicago Manual of Style).

  • Experience working with markup languages and editing for structured digital formats.

  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and fact-checking skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proven ability to manage deadlines, track deliverables, and adapt to shifting priorities.

  • A collaborative attitude and experience working with cross-functional teams.


Nice-to-have
  • AI Tooling Proficiency: Ability to leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day editorial work, including drafting, analysis, research, or content validation. Provide recommendations on AI use and identify opportunities to streamline editorial workflows.

  • Experience with Workfront or similar workflow/project management tools.

  • Background in finance, investment, pharmaceuticals, legal, or other highly regulated sectors.

  • Familiarity with AI-powered editorial tools and content automation technologies.
