Please Note: This position is a 1099 contract-to-hire role.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end creative production workflows across campaigns, and creative productions, such as digital assets and brand activations – ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and with exceptional quality.

  • Lead cross-functional campaign management, working with internal teams (Marketing, Clinical, Operations, etc.) to define deliverables, timelines, dependencies and build marketing briefs and reporting systems.

  • Build, own, and maintain detailed work-back schedules, clearly outlining each phase of creative development from kickoff through final delivery.

  • Facilitate and provide consultation on edit rounds, helping teams prioritize feedback, route revisions efficiently, and ensure the final output meets stakeholder expectations and brand standards.

  • Manage and prioritize workloads across creative team members, allocating resources based on capacity, skillsets, and project timelines to maintain smooth workflow and balanced workloads.

  • Own execution relationships with external vendors, contractors, and agencies, ensuring they are properly briefed, resourced, aligned to timelines, and delivering high-quality work.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners (designers, copywriters, agencies, freelancers) to fine tune strategic marketing briefs and translate them into compelling creative deliverables.

  • Anticipate roadblocks and proactively problem-solve, using Asana to manage timelines, dependencies, communication, and resource planning.

  • Maintain brand consistency and quality across all creative outputs by enforcing guidelines, standards, and review processes.

  • Continuously optimize creative operations, identifying process gaps and implementing tools or systems that enhance efficiency, predictability, and throughput.

This Role Could Be a Good Fit For You If…

  • You are a strong project manager with 3+ years experience, working with marketing teams in high growth environments that are preferably in highly regulated industries (e.g. telehealth, healthcare, finance)

  • You have experience working with and managing creative assets across various formats (digital, video, social, paid media).

  • You possess exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • You thrive in collaborative, cross-functional environments and excel at navigating stakeholder alignment and communication.

  • You can confidently guide edit rounds, help prioritize feedback, and keep revisions on track with project and brand goals.

  • You are solutions-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, lean team environment.

  • You have experience coordinating or managing external partners such as agencies, contractors, or production vendors.

  • You have basic copywriting or graphic design skills to assist with quick-turn or lightweight creative needs (this is a plus!)
