- Design wiring interconnect systems and electrical harnesses.
- Create CAD layouts, block diagrams, BOMs, and schematics.
- Provide manufacturing support to CM partners and during production.
- Prototype, troubleshoot, and iterate wiring designs with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure harness routing, brackets, and hardware installation instructions.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years as Electrical Engineer designing wiring harnesses for large systems.
- Experience with Capital Harness design software.
- Altium Harness design experience is a plus.
- Experience with contract manufacturing for wiring harnesses.
- Experience with vehicle/automotive wiring harnesses.
- Awareness of SAE, ISO, IPC standards.
